Strand Heritage Home

Room “A” at Strand is the former Room#2 which was devastated by Tsunami, This room has now been enlarged and strengthened with Concrete reinforcement.

We also modified it on suggestions made by one of our frequent visitors and it was named after this Mr.A as Room “A”.

The exterior widow [below/left]is a take off on Bill Gates’ Window on XP Desktop picture titled “Home” , this is what I liked it to look like.

The interior is mostly Blue color as you can see in the photos below.

The Blue Room has some special features.

The Toilet is bound by a half wall and swing doors, making it bright and airy

A small sitting room with a wide window compliments the new look.

The main door from the Loggia and an external door

from the garden seen in the top Photo ensure privacy,

The garden door allows the breeze in through a trellised opening if desired

and can also be closed to make it secure.

The wide bed makes it comfortable 'nuff for two persons.

Also there is an overhead ventilation fan, mosquito net and a bedside lamp.
